Also having this issue. Before the 1.06 seemed to have no issues. Now ERS runs out much quicker than it's supposed to in career mode (tested the same car in single Grand Prix and had no issues). I didn't get any reports of ERS issues during the race and the engine parts are all green, but then got a message at the end of the race saying there was an issue with ERS. My car was hugely slower than the rest of the cars.
Just moved onto the next Grand Prix and I'm gradually getting much slower per lap both in Practice and the Race, and at a much faster rate than you'd expect.
