end of august is when crossplay will fully release, the last 2 weekends were betas for codies to check and see if things work as they should and for users like us to report issues which need fixing

Can't see that people have reported any (mainly because this forum is a disgrace) @EA_Kent you're doing a very poor job.
But yeah first session (admittedly I did not participate in much of the first part of the trial due to not having the game on Steam) but it was evident there were basic stability issues with people suddenly disappearing from lobbies en masse think even the EA Content Creators had that one - Alex Gillon or Tiametmarduck (take your pick).
EA Account issues seemed to occur on any platform, it wasn't specific in that respect, it was clear which end of the stick was smelly....
Second session the stability issues had gone, but served only to show what a complete dogs' breakfast the invite system was (certainly from a Steam perspective) having the crossplay setting enabled as host meant the Steam invite system was disabled.
When the EA system was active, it was broken. Invite Friends lead to a blank friends list save one appearing in detail on the RHS of the screen (no screenshot because I was trying to host a league race until word filtered down from League Admins that the system needed to be OFF to revive the session).
I did manage only one 'public' session, when I did manage to invite an EA player from Steam we were in a lobby with all platforms present (by definition that's now 4 not 3 - PS/XB/Steam and EA). Can't speak to what the EA/Origin player saw, but I saw messy pop-overs with various messages about crossplay settings being disabled and invites showing up in Player Hub with Crossplay settings in the Game Options menu. They should be in the multiplayer lobby screens and settings!
Fire the UI guy! (I would like to state I have no experience of crossplay titles so I'm equally biased and unbiased with what F1 22 offered.)
It was confusing, a mess and without fixing CORE GAME ISSUES it was probably undersubscribed because why play a poor game against other platforms.
So I really can't see where the feedback is because it would seem multiplayer crossplay is a nicety that will arrive how it arrives and when it arrives then it will probably join the (incomplete and laughably titled) Community Raised Issues thread where it will remain until the end of the game cycle.
Would have possibly completed a bug report if this were still the CM community - I was open minded about EA, tried to dismiss the naysayers (but they were absolutely correct) that no one at EA gives a monkey's about anything other than the revenue streams.
