[ISSUE] Your Account has been suspended message

Hey everyone, 

we are currently investigating an issue where players receive a message that their account has been suspended and cannot access online features. 
Our teams have so far checked affected accounts and have not seen any account with an active suspension.

If you see this message, you don't need to contact our Terms of Service team, as it is an issue on our side and our team will now continue the investigation of the issue. 

We apologize for any current inconvenience and thank all of you for your patience.

We will update this thread with any updates on this matter!

  • Not able to play madden 22 through EA Play. Game downloads and opens up but when I try to play any game feature it pops up a message. “Your account has been blocked from this product due to a violation of EA’s User Agreement.” Not sure how I could have violated the user agreement. I have deleted the game and re-downloaded but still happens. I followed the QR code and tried to reinstate my account but they said I didn’t have a ban or suspension on my account.
