Lights Out Bug! Or Starting Race Bug if you prefer

Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Lights Out Bug! The race starts for everyone else except myself. I'm still waiting for lights to go out while the whole field starts racing. No drive throughs to any of the cars, only people smashing on my back because I'm still waiting the lights to disappear to start moving. That's the most ridiculous bug I've ever seen...

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? No
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea, the lights simply didn't go out for me while it did for other players.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lights don't disappear for me while they do for the remaining players.
What do you expect to see? Lights going out at the same time for everyone

    Adding a few factors.

    1- If lights are not out and you try to go, you receive a DT penalty, even though everyone has already started the race and you are the only one with lights ON. So, not only you can't start the race with the others, you are forced to waited in line while everyone is racing until your lights finally disappear.

    2- No ghosting. When a driver is slow at the start of the race, he becomes a ghost exaclty because he was too slow to start. However, when you have the Lights ON BUG, your car don't become a ghost, so everyone behind you will smash on your car as you are still waiting for the lights to disappear.

    3- Frequence is higher than I initially posted. I guess it is something around 15-20% of the cases. Closing and reopening the game doesn't seem to fix the issue.
