So in my case it helped to downgrade to an older Version of G-Hub. I have the 923 as well and had Zero issues with F1 21 and other games, tried everything (reinstall G-Hub, F22, Integrity Check yadayada....) but there was no FFB whatsoever. No feeling of the car in any form as well.
So I downgraded G-Hub, and I am not talking about Logitech Gaming Software, just an older Version of G-Hub, with the help of this link.
Worked for me.
Aren't you mistaken with the FFB you get when you set "Ignore settings from game" in Ghub ? Which I get if I do that, but it is quite weak still but also really unrealistic.
