Logitech G923 Force feedback not working on F1 22 (PC)

I have a Logitech G920, what fixed it for me was;

1. Uninstall Logitech GHUB with RevoUninstaller
2. Verify game files
3. Reinstall Logitech GHUB

Before uninstalling, be sure to export your profile incase you have custom button mappings.

Just did some extensive testing. I can confirm my situation is the exact opposite as yours. I play in fullscreen mode, and my FFB DOES NOT WORK when I am IN A DISCORD VS.

If I exit the game, and exit the VC, FFB works. If I alt-tab out of the game and join a VC, FFB immediately stops working.

It is 2023 and still no fix? I have g923 and ffb not working in this. ACC ffb works great but F1 22 is not working. What a shame. 

Same, it is April 2023 and I have been looking for a solution for weeks because I just got a g923 but I cannot find anything and I have tried many different things. 

So of course I am having the same issue as everyone else…

The only way I get force feedback is restarting my PC and only launching f122.. if I tab out of the game to open another app like discord or OBS to stream and then come back to the game I lose all FFB and have to restart my PC to get it back :/

i can only hope in f1 23 which is around a month away from launch at this point that this gets fixed 

Furthermore it’s like when an application has to use devices like speakers/headphones and Microphones those are the ones that cause the issue.. so maybe the applications are somehow “Grabbing” the wheel device causing it not to work in f122 which I know makes no sense but that’s what I feels like in my head

Losing focus in Desktop Window Manager is what you're describing.

Running the game in Fullscreen mode (yes, I know about Fullscreen optimisations) and using overlays that work (I can vouch for Steam and Afterburner/RTSS - Discord I have no use for ATM but it mostly worked) and not ALT-TABing gives no loss of focus and therefore no loss of FFB.

Disclaimer is: currently my G923 is not connected - I'm not connecting it as basically I have zero interest in adding to my playtime on F1 22)
