Logitech G923 In-game Settings Aren't Applied

Product: F1 22
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Logitech G923: In-game forcefeedback settings not correctly applying. Vibration effects and rotation.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? TT
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use logitech G923, set ontrack, rumble strip, offtrack effects to 0, Still feel them. Set rotaion to 360 in settings. Still 900 in game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Ontrack, offtrack, rumble strip effects are still present even after setting them all to zero on FFB settings. Still get vibrations when going over curbs and offtrack. Steering rotaion still at 900.
What do you expect to see? There shouldn't be any vibrations coming from the wheel with these set to 0 like there weren't in the previous game. Steering Rotation at 360

When Ontrack, offtrack and rumble effects are set to 0 in the FFB settings, the vibrations are still coming through in-game.

When rotation is set to 360, the in-game rotation is still at 900.

Yes. I've tried many combinations of settings. Ticking that box and setting the audio effects slider all the way down is the only way I can get the vibrations to stop, but the FFB feels pretty bad. Like really weak and floaty. I've seen other people reporting this too though, so maybe that is just a different problem. Are the offtrack, ontrack and rumblestrip sliders working for you? What about the rotation?

  • Just incase you've now got this problem like I do after the previous update to F1 23. You can go into GHub and turn off Audio Effects (slider down to 0). This does mean you don't get True Force but to me it was a well worth it trade off as the excessive vibration was driving me crazy. Hope this helps!
