I'm not 100% sure, but i think this is "engine note". If (in G-Hub) you click on "audio effects" and click the information button in the bottom right, one of the things it lists is "engine notw". This is the only explanation I can think of, and it also explains why we get it on the straights when no other forcefeedback is being applied.
That did workout for me, but then I had 0 Force Feedback. So I am kinda stuck between having that weird noise but Force feedback or not having to deal with that weird sound, but 0 force feedback. Makes it easier to over curbs, but doesn't really do anything good besides that.
