Is there actually any real engagement on here with people who can affect the game? cause this forum seems to lack it, Just looks full of spam from some fake heroes or whatever they are called who...

The only proper takeaway from this post, as I see it: sometimes people may use "long term" to denote "a couple of days".

I mean, "people in their basement" is an immature and crude attempt at a personal insult that is completely at odds with the very title of this thread - being a "long term" lurker.
If OP was indeed a long time user, he would know how off the mark he was with his egging on Codemasters' staff and know how they often chip in, and this would only underline how out of spite the insult was attempted.
If he's not, only got shown how off the mark he was (there's a pinned thread on this page of a huge Q&A with the long time physics head dev of the franchise, just to pick one example) and decided to gift us this offhanded goading.
