After speaking to EA support they blamed Microsoft, saying there is nothing that can be done. SO I spoke to Microsoft and they said its an issue with EA game content so can someone look at this and give me all my stuff back ?? Its obviously a bug with EA content as I know a couple of other people it happened to.
"It seems to be a bug in the system with the game contents. For this to be looked into, it's best to get in contact with the game developer (EA Games) in regards to your issue with F1 22. We apologize for the inconvenience you've faced. Thank you for understanding.

I wonder if the person from EA you spoke with thought you were referring to XBOX achievements when you mentioned tophies (the equivalent are called that on PlayStation). Just think this as these probably are part of your XBOX profile.
I'm virtually certain things like you car setups will be in your game save file. Do you have any form of backup like a cloud save that you could try restoring?

No all lost, when game loaded back in it deleted cloud save and also my local save gone.. everything other people i have spoke to had the same issue and it was down to EA.. so dont know what to do now waste of time got nothing back from them and all the time i spent on the game trophies collected, setups done etc all gone
