Make standard corner cutting setting more stricter

You shouldn’t be able to cut a whole corner or extend so much and not a get a warning. Tracks like Austria, Britain, Jeddah, Canada, Mexico and Brazil you gain over a second by not even attempting to...

The should have strict as today for league racing and time trial and that is exactly the FIA rules. And a second choice standard that is more like F1 apply the rule: track limites aren't the white line anymore but the kerbs and only few corners are monitored. Ofc, in qualifying, the time have to be deleted.

But don't worry, nothing of that will happen, the same rules as F1 2021 will be used like every year.
