Massive input delay when turning at high speeds in F1 22 using a gamepad

It seems like a Controller or usb cable issue, i used a x360 controller with a massive input lag, then i tested my Ps3 controller emulated as x360 and almost no input lag,  for those with high input lag you could try follwing EErock's guide on youtube.
