Missing Champions Edition Content [PS4 / PS5]

Having same issues on PS4, tried multiple restarts and nothing yet, weird how I've got the early access and nothing else considering early access is one of the perks of the champions edition

I have the same problem. However, I received all content except the pitcoins. EA support told me to download the pre-order packs, but I already did that.

FYI, steam refunded my game, even though I was 11hrs in, I documented everything that was going wrong. Because at this point I can't play this game at all (due to several reasons).
Nor is it the game I want to support (due to functional decision - see them listed below).

From a die hard codemasters fan, sad but ey. We've got to draw a line somewhere - otherwise they won't listen. The only thing that talks is money, not feedback. So I refunded + gave detailed feedback why - on tech side & on functional side.

Even if I was 11hrs+ in the game already, Steam/VALVE they accepted without issue.

Last thing I want to say:
- I am beyond sad I had to do this, because diehard CODIES fan. But the direction this is going, like I said, I have to draw a line somewhere as a customer.
-- No one in the community asked for F1 Life!!!
-- No one asked for these Super Cars!!!

We didn't want these things to be added, at all. There are lists and lists on the internet, from leading figures as well, asking other features they/we would like to see. Never did we want super cars, or f1 life thrown into our faces as f1-codies-community. See the videos by Aarav, and other F1-youtubers. Or even on the codemasters old forums (e.g.: https://forums.codemasters.com/topic/92230-f1-2022-wishlist/).
So they knew what we wanted, and chose to ignore a lot of that and give us an empty box that does not even reflect the life of an f1 driver. No it is a microtransaction storefront. Plus super cars that handle like BRICKS. They don't drive well at all, and are not on par on the driving capability of other codies-games where they are implemented.

They need to learn. Only way is giving the feedback and letting your money talk.

I received 0 pitcoin no loyalty pack no Miami f1 life starter pack and also online services don't work I can't access the podium pass brand shop and item shop.

Please fix it. I paid extra and get less?

hey @EA_rephii im missing all the champoins content too. only thing i did get was the 3 days early also i bought it on origin but the ea apps says i never got it/downloaded it very strange.
