I have the same problem. However, I received all content except the pitcoins. EA support told me to download the pre-order packs, but I already did that.

Similar problem, but received Pitcoin after a few restarts. Haven't received safety cars. When I want to drive them, says buy in the store Champions edition.
I want to add, the Miami themed content is gone too...
Next, the "loyalty" content has gone missing too after restarting 🙂.
Yeah, no timeframe and such. Then release it later, in August or something. I'd rather wait and have a smooth experience than this.I am also missing the "Loyalty" customisation set after having claimed it and restarted the game. Would be nice to have a resolution to this problem.
- @TheOGReeceTTV Then why is it that others have their Pitcoins recieved and don't get the Dlc's removed? The reply to my ticket was, "we are aware of the problem, please be patient." Yeah sure EA 2 days now and you don't deliver what i paid for. Not cool.
Seconding a part of this; I've managed to get most of my Content, but still missing the 'Loyalty' content that you claim from the mail section. I know its something minor, but I did quite like the look of them... hope you guys can resolve this soon!

I am missing all of the pre-order DLC with no option to download it. Also could be because EA won’t let me log into my account in game.

FYI, steam refunded my game, even though I was 11hrs in, I documented everything that was going wrong. Because at this point I can't play this game at all.
Nor is it the game I want to support.
From a die hard codemasters fan, sad but ey. We've got to draw lines somewhere.
1 Day this game's been out and a cheat website is already at the top of the leaderboards
iv'e tried posting this the normal way but this forum keeps giving me an error saying that there are multiple posts about the same thing and will not allow me to post this.
I thought ea had a better cheat system than what codemasters had
The site is f1cheats.net and is on the top of the silverstone time trial and im sure by the end of the day every track.
Hi, I am also having this issue and I checked my error history and see this message.
You can't buy this product for the following reasons:

F1 2022 - Champions Editionand this message was on 22/6/2022 before early release of the game/ download.

- @Ialyrn exactly the same for me since the 28th at first i did not have the champion content in my add ons Thursday it appeared and i thought bonus it sorted but it was not like i said on another post are they going to compensate us for this delay now in its 5th day i also think codemasters should have stayed as they were
