@hollerboller1970 I'm not sure what raising a support ticket would do to help? They have all the information they need and are currently investigating the issue. It's a known issue...

@TheOGReeceTTV See, i really don't care that is a known issue. They had 3 days to fullfill their end of the bargin. 3 days since my first ticket.
Now they close my latest ticket with the reason problem can't be solved.
Think about it, if the roles were reversed, say, you have to delay a payment to them because you are in a tough spot on short notice. How do you think Electronic Arts would react?

- 4 years ago@hollerboller1970 Of course the issue can't be solved! It's a known issue that is being resolved above their head. You can't expect support to resolve a known issue that is out of their hands.
- 4 years ago@TheOGReeceTTV I can expect that i get what i paid for. They had enough time. But of course they would react faster than lightning if something happen with the ingame store. "Uh...there is a problem Boss, we can't milk gullible customers anymore," EA acts nothing but shady and the support is awful and never was, is and never will be of any use, because it is EA we are talking about.
