Missing Champions edition preorder pitcoins

As the title says, I am still missing the pitcoins that was supposed to come with the Champions edition preorder. I believe that was supposed to be 18,000 pit coins. I would like to know if and when ...

Further to add to this, I still dont think I have all the included content with the Champions edition either; as I cant see the 2 drivable safety cars. Unless I am looking in the wrong place. Again, it would be great if I could get some feedback on what is happening; as it is beginning to get highly frustrating.

The teams are currently investigating missing Pitcoin from the Champions Edition via Origin.

@EA_Barry I still dont have all the content for the preordered champions edition, and there is still a lack of access to the 18,000 pitcoin. I also still can not access the pitcoin store. I normally use the gifted pitcoin from the preorders to get the podium pass stuff, which I currently cant do in F1 22.

I get that you are activly investigating whats going on with his for Origin/EA desktop users, but it has been 2 whole weeks today since F1 22 early access dropped; and there has yet to be a statement made on this and other issues.

No one is even updating the "known issues" thread that @EA_Kent started up.

    You still not got a reply im the same as you preordered early and started playing 3 days early I've lost track how many times I've been intouch on twitter and on here i now have the miami content new era content but still no pit coins it's nearly 4 weeks now I have had to buy pit coins in the end to buy in game content podium pass were if I had the 18000 pit coins I wouldn't have to spend my own cash

Hi Barry. As of 30/07/2022, I still dont have access to the champians edition content, nor do I have the 18,000 pitcoin. I also still can no access the ingame pitcoin store. This is on the EA Desktop/Origin PC version of the game.

I really would like some help and advice on this.
