Still missing champions edition 18000 pitcoin (PC) asked by support to delete origin cache which I have done but still not there? Is this a scam? It has to be right? considering I received ALL the other content such as wall art and F1 pack etc EVERYTHING except the PITCOIN?

I've spoken to EA Help four times (release and after each patch) regarding never receiving the 18000 Pitcoin from purchasing F1 22 Champion's Edition through the EA App. EA Help has been advising since release day that this is a known issue affecting many players, the development team is working on a fix, there is no target date for a fix, and there is nothing that they can do. They have recommended EA Answers HQ in pursuit of a resolution.
If the expectation is that EA Help can help solve this problem, direction on what the magic word should be would be much appreciated. If not, I'd recommend not sending people there, as they simply direct people back to EA Answers HQ.
