Hi @EA_Kent ,
I've spoken to EA Help four times (release and after each patch) regarding never receiving the 18000 Pitcoin from purchasing F1 22 Champion's Edition through the EA App. EA Help has been advising since release day that this is a known issue affecting many players, the development team is working on a fix, there is no target date for a fix, and there is nothing that they can do. They have recommended EA Answers HQ in pursuit of a resolution.
If the expectation is that EA Help can help solve this problem, direction on what the magic word should be would be much appreciated. If not, I'd recommend not sending people there, as they simply direct people back to EA Answers HQ.

Just the same excuse still a month on still no pit coins well they should be some form of compensation for those of us that bought the champion Ed some of us have got some content some of the other content were others have not and I like others are getting pissed with the same answers back I'm coming up 50 and started playing games when I was 10 and in that time I myself have never had any major issues with games until now

When will this be fixed? Pre-ordered and still no pitcoin. This is shameful really.

A couple of follow up questions that I think would help put people's mind at ease:
1. What would it take to get this listed in the Community-Raised Issues thread? I keep getting told that the team is looking into the issue and investigating, but this issue has been reported since June, and it's unclear what the timeline is and how I should know when it is expected to be fixed.
2. How do EA/Codemasters plan to address the fact that the value of an in-game currency with a rotating store/season pass decreases over time? Do I just miss out on the first season pass if I don't receive the in-game currency I paid for before the first season ends (11 days)? It's been over five weeks since I was first told by EA Help that the issue would be fixed "definitely within a week" and around two weeks since EA Help told me I don't need to worry about missing the first season, as the issue is being worked. What's the plan if and when the issue isn't fixed in the next 11 days?

I've talked to EA Help 6 different times about Pitcoins for my Champions Edition as well since the game was released and their response every time is that their team is aware of it and working on it. This, how long after the game was released? And still no Pitcoins?
