Mouse support finally?

Please tell me that after all the years of ignoring mouse support it will finally be included? It is a no brainer, why has it been ignored forever?

The F1 series are the only race games I have ever played that ignored mouse integration.

I don't want to navigate menus with my steering wheel and trying to remember which button is which for selection purposes.

No mouse integration is like buying a new car that doesn't come with a steering wheel, just a silly decision not to include!!

This has Already been answered. Unfortunately no, there’s no plans to provide mouse support because it’s too difficult to integrate into the menus because they never built it to support mouse since 2011.

Yes it does. Displays a lack of joined up thinking.

Every menu needs full navigation from supported controllers.
Keyboard is supported, wheel is supported.

Seen other posts about controls not present and this is exactly what occurs, it should show ‘undefined’ at the very least.

Come on, really? Its not because its too difficult. Its because they dont see the value in adding it versus the cost to implement. Its the same with improving the tracks etc… they dont really have too because people still buy the game. As long as sales go well its all good for EA.

Pretty ordinary thinking on the developers behalf then. They don't take the PC version seriously, just a quick port to maximise sales and profits. Sounds like I will pass yet again if that is true that it is confirmed it won't be included. Where was it confirmed?

new patch (1.15) and always no mouse support.....hope this for 1.16:-)
