I completely agree and have been hoping/asking for it for a long time.
I honestly just can't understand why it's not a default thing in the game.

And yes, we can move around the menus using the keyboard or the wheel, but to some/most people and in some/most cases, the better way would be by using the mouse - also, it wouldn't 'hurt' to give the players this option - people can still use the KB or wheel if they want..
