Doing the Singapore weekly event race tonight I was just one of four real players, which wasn't great. One DNFed on lap one, and another on lap 5 so there were only two of us at the end. Me a LONG way behind the other but at least I finished! I was caught out by not expecting the race to be in daylight which was frankly odd, and I'm not sure why this was chosen. Sadly I'd lost a front wing before I'd adjusted...
Not good to have so few real participants though ☹️.

This is just me but I got tired of being ran down on purpose in weekend events.
BF lobbies allow me to race 5 or 6 times in the length of a weekend event.
Rank is going to have the same issues so I also avoid those.
League Races I avoid cause I don't want to be the person who makes a mistake and ruin someones season.
No Collisions on would fix this problem imo but some want realism and I get it.

In the interests of research* I did two Japanese GP event tonight, with the race at 20:00 having 10 real participants and the race at 21:00 having 12, so both rather better than last week 🙂. In fairness the Japanese track is far more fun to drive than Singapore so that may explain the big difference to last week.
*definitely not because I parked my car in a barrier in the first race...

Probably the final time I'll update this, but last night I did the COTA weekly event race at 22:00 UK time. This was right after the GP had finished so I had a hunch it would have a good number of people taking part, and so it proved as I was in a full lobby of real players 🙂. (20 started and 11 made it to the finish.)
