Codemasters TeamSo, ive tried this out on 22 and its a nice addition in all honesty.
Gives players the chance to fight for the title in the first year should they so want to, they also have extra budget available to hire a established F1 driver at the first round of negotiations, which is nice. For some players, they may not want to wait to get a well-known name. Even for me, I'm planning to snap Ricciardo up as soon as possible in my MyTeam save this go around

Ah, thats a shame that we still have to renegotiate half way through a season and then again at the end. Would have like proper contracts, eg/ 1-2 years.

I'll be honest, ive just started the save as I've got others things that take precedent game-wise at the moment. Also, can't confirm or deny anything as is well-known 🙂
