New driver stats

Exp/Rac/Awa/Pac

Hamilton: 94/97/93/93

Russell: 65/94/84/95

Verstappen: 72/98/81/98

Perez: 83/91/78/88

Leclerc: 66/94/90/92

Sainz: 72/91/80/90

Norris: 65/94/77/93

Ricciardo: 83/89/84/82

Alonso: 99/87/77/90

Ocon: 64/89/76/82

Gasly: 63/88/75/82

Tsunoda: 57/75/74/79

Vettel: 92/89/84/83

Stroll: 66/88/75/79

Albon: 61/78/76/87

Latifi: 62/79/74/65

Bottas: 78/85/94/86

Zhou: 51/76/73/78

Schumacher: 58/84/82/79

Magnussen: 69/82/85/81

Good changes: Albon pace and Zhou buffs.

Bad: Russell now 2 pace higher than Lewis despite Lewis being the faster for a while now. Bottas nerf why? Vettel needed a buff to his pace not a nerf to other stats. Ricciardo still arguably too low but better at least. Norris buffed..again despite already being op. Are you seriously suggesting he's quicker than Leclerc and as fast as Hamilton..? F2 drivers still garbage. Hulkenberg still at a lowly 81 pace compared to Perez at 88.

I mean.. it's not terrible changes overall but seriously.. we just need a stat editor. Please for goodness sake allow us to edit them ourselves.

Regarding Russell vs. Hamilton: Pace is more or less for Qualifying and the ratings make sense.

Concerning race results, Hamiltion's rating is better (racecraft). Also, if you look at Schumacher vs. Magnussen the ratings make sense.

However, the pace of Leclerc needs to be higher.

For those you play to the Grand Prix mode, that is very bad changes.
it means verstappen will make every single pôles and wins, as now leclerc has loose pace…

Hi there, it would be nice if EA / Codemasters explained to the community how the data is actually calculated and if (or to what extent) they take into account the actual result as long as a driver is on track net of failures or strategy mistakes or if this is ignored, because this year Leclerc has had a very special season so far, very fast always and everywhere, only penalized by car and strategy problems, the current values are too low in comparison with the others IMHO

Leclerc is the tip of the iceberg but clearly the mechanism is reflected in all the drivers, perhaps some suggestions / help could also be given by the Community.

    Regards,
    Nuv

@Liaveal Its ridiculous again with the Leclerc nerf who has been the outright fastest (also due to his car being fastest by a tiny bit) but had bad luck or Ferrari as strategists.. Vettel as you said another ridiculous one but i must say Norris would beat Hamilton in qualifying.. Race pace is still Hamiltons strong suit and should be higher than Russel in that stat but that stat doesnt exist...

And for all who say Racecraft is for racepace or to make up for race results, thats non sense racecraft has no relevant effect that counters pace difference.. Just needs race pace but the great triumvirate of bad driver ratings (Crofty and so on) just cant do better i guess..
