Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the Settings to see missing Cross-play option. Go into the Player Hub and see the Friends option is missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Options just not appear.
What do you expect to see? Cross-play options and the ability to go into the Friends section to add friends.

This happens every time I load the game.

I have tried repairing and reinstalling the game but they didn't give me the Friends option.
