I've just started my 6th season of myteam and have had about 4 sessions with rain, 2 races (canada and france), a free practice and a qualifying session all in season 1 when I had the forecast set to perfect.
I then thought "Huh, perfect is too perfect and I want a challenge so let me set it to approximate to give some cool races" and it hasn't rained a single drop of rain ever since (approx. 70-80 races on 50% distance) it is always bone dry as well, not even overcast.
Near the start of season 5 I came across this post and I saw that Tribladez wanted someone to try changing back to perfect from approximate partway through a career/myteam to see if rain comes back but after about 10 more races after switching back to perfect forecast there still hasn't been a single wet or overcast session at all.
I could continue playing to see because this could just be bad luck but I'm getting bored very fast from the absence of rain even if it is 'annoying' to drive in so let me know if anyone has found a fix/solution or if you guys want me to do a few more weekends to see if the rain comes back.
how does this even happen smh
I play two-player career on PS5. We just started season 3.Weather setting is approximate.Expert setting.
season 1: Varied weather, everything was working great.
season 2: Not a single drop all season. 4% risk of rain every single race
season 3: 3 races in and not a drop so far.
Codemasters, why don’t you fix this???? It takes away à LOT of the suspense (and tactics)
