No Reward For Italy Featured Event

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? No
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can't
What happens when the bug occurs? No reward in my mail
What do you expect to see? A reward in my mail. Specifically my Top 5 percent trophy and 3000 XP

I recently changed my PSN ID to VRT_IckleBickle It used to be The_IckleBickle, when I set my score it was the old name. I think maybe that's why? Anyway if you could manually send me the trophy and XP, I'd appreciate it. I have a screenshot of the results to prove my finishing position.

Any response on why your game isn't working properly? Is it pointless to compete in the Weekly Events now? I've got online friends that haven't got a reward 3 weeks in a row. Raise your standards
