No sponsorship decals on my team car livery

I have a similar issue on Xbox One, however sponsors only show up on certain areas of the car. Sponsor slots 1, 3 (in customization, but not in game), 6(in game, but not during customization), 9, 10, and 11 are visible. However, sponsor slots 2, 4, 5, 7, and the forward potion of slot 8 (split perfectly along the bodywork panel break, this is only in the customization screen as it is not visible in game) do not appear at all. It’s like the car bodywork layer has been placed on top of the sponsors. My car number also does not show in the customization screen or from off board in game camera angles, surprisingly it does show when using the nose camera. Player stickers are also not visible on the Halo at all.
