No Tean Radio and Mfd Screen Error in F1 22
I can’t open the mfd screen at all.Literally I can’t contact with the race engineer and I can’t change strategy or ask anything to the race engineer due to this problem.(By the way I’m on ps5)

I'm going through the same error, and from what I noticed every time the engineer is talking to you and for some reason you use the flashback and when the car returns to the track this bug happens, and you have to close the game to get back to normal
