No Tean Radio and Mfd Screen Error in F1 22

Restarting the game does nothing to correct this issue

What I personally did was go into the controller settings and pressed x on xbox to unbind the buttons for both radio and then mfd, then reassigned them. My issue was when pressing the buttons they would either be unresponsive, open the menus then close them, or switch to a random page before closing again. 

I have same problem, not only just this, my engineer tell me have a new strategy option every lap !

And I have this problem few day later, I think it was your engineer want to tell you have a new strategy option, at the same time you push the pause bottom.

Can't remember what it was whether my engineer went to say something and I hit it at the same time, it disappeared or I hit flashback and it was gone but my mfd is gone, icon and all. The x button is registered and working with everything else except the function of selecting mfd/radio options

Same here. Just happened suddenly while driving a race at Imola. 

@lawistheword Your tip worked for me. The game just didn't allow me to use the old control scheme, I had to create a new one
