No Tean Radio and Mfd Screen Error in F1 22

Just to track it, because I have had this issue

Platform:PS5

Which area is the bug/glitch in? MyTeam
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think when the engineer talked to me, I paused and flashback and the push to talk was gone from the HUD
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs, you're no longer able to talk to your race engineer about anything. Engineer will suggest a new strategy option, but doesn't display and you can't select the new strategy option from the MFD menu. Big problem if it's a mixed weather condition race
What do you expect to see? Being able to talk to the race engineer is paramount in F1, I can't communicate with hand gestures like Schumacher did that one time his radio broke.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whilst in career mode team radio stops working
What happens when the bug occurs? Team radio doesn't work
What do you expect to see? To be able to talk to the team

Whilst in career mode team radio stops working

I've reinstalled the game around 5 times, and still get the same issue.

Game will work fine, and then after a few days will stop working correctly

Im having the same issue but on PS5. I cant even open the radio command list, and sometimes Jeff tells me there is a new strategy available on the MFD, but there is no option to see what that strategy is and any possibility to accept it

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Presaimg flashback while the engineer is speaking, will make the team radio disappear.
What happens when the bug occurs? The engineer begins speaking to me unprovoked about an accident, pit strategy, yellow flags or fuel load. Team radio button disappears from MFD on screen display to prevent me from interrupting. When I press flashback, when I return to race, team radio button stays disappeared. With tam radio button no longer available i cant communicate with team about team strategy, weather conditions, teammates status or tyre status.
What do you expect to see? I expect team radio to be available so I can talk back to my engineer and make mid race strategy adjustments

I’m also having the same issue, but I’m on PC and using the G923. 

I haven't had one for four races on my career now. 

Hell of a lot of money spent on a game that doesn't work.

Same issue but on Series S

After 3 weeks when the problem occurred, now you guys are tackling the issue? It happend to me today and now the game is literally unplayable and you guys are only now working on it  That's promising.
