I just recently played Qualifying in Imola, and it's still insane how fast Verstappen is, and this even when it started raining, and Verstappen was behind Lewis Hamilton, therefore having worse conditions on his lap, but he still beats him by a second anyway and ends up in 1st place.
@jenny_a_m , in case you're reading this, this needs to be taken a look at RIGHT NOW before my experience turns into a second F1 2021, which had the very same ordeal. I don't want Verstappen dominating all 10 seasons of a Career save, give the other top drivers a chance too!

@LuckyNico92He's not going to dominate 10 seasons of your career, you need to progress more for everything to shape out.
Everyone has had different championship winning drivers, you only need to check out Twitch streams for that, but season 1 will most likely be Verstappen because it's based on current form - he is dominating the season IRL after all, especially with the best car. It's like playing a game from a few years ago and expecting Lewis Hamilton to not dominate.- LuckyNico923 years agoSeasoned Ace
@s00zsterSure, I understand if the Red Bull is the best car, but Verstappen doesn't have a Pace stat of 150 (which is not possible). Even he is limited to 100 max, but for some reason, he is inhumanly fast compared to everyone else, so unless you deliberately destroy his car, or you have a car that is far stronger than the car Verstappen has (like I have in My Team Season 3), he will win every single time, just like in F1 2021.
Maybe this is just me, but this is still a choice that ruins the fun and motivation, as it makes every season predictable. People say that Norris is overpowered from Season 2 onward, but maybe it's because McLaren has a dominant car, or Norris heavily improved over the first season.
And boy, I would rather have Hamilton dominate than Verstappen, not gonna lie. 😉EDIT: In the previous games since 2017, it's usually Valtteri Bottas who dominated the first two seasons unless his car suffered a mechanical failure.
- 3 years ago@LuckyNico92 I’ve definitely seen the OP Bottas problem from older games. Another reason I’m glad George is at Merc is that both drivers are credible champions.
And as I was the one who mentioned Norris and McLaren issues. I’ll say this. It’s not that they’re leading at the front. They’re dominating while on paper being 4th. And it’s not helped when Lando’s stats are too high as is.
