NVIDIA DLSS unavailable on NVIDIA Graphics card.

Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Under game options/settings/graphics settings/video mode and anti-aliasing, I don't have the option to select NVIDIA DLSS, only AMD modes. I don't have an AMD processor or graphics card. I have an Intel processor and Nvidia graphics card. My Graphics card has an upto date driver and has a driver ready driver for F122.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? TXEB-PJKS-XAKT-RGTE
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? No
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the above mentioned menu under settings of the main home screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't select the Nvidia DLSS option.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to see the Nvidia DLSS option.

My graphics card is an 'Asus Republic of Gamers Strix GTX1080TI Gaming Graphics Card'.

  • @MA55LMOThe GTX 10-- series of Nvidia graphics cards do not natively support DLSS. The AMD alternative to DLSS should serve you well enough, they work well on Nvidia graphics cards. Although I don't see the point of enabling it on a card as powerful as yours.

    So would you say I just need to select 'TAA and FidelityFX sharpening' and not go to the next option 'TAA + AMD FSR 1.0 Upscale'? I just assumed the higher the setting the better it would be but what you are saying is that option is not needed on a card like mine? I did find that on the TAA + AMD FSR 1.0 Upscale setting that the image was slightly softer/less sharp. I guess the clue is in the word 'upscale'.
