Only one pit crew
Just did a Grand Prix race at Saudi. Racing for Red Bull. I come into pit at the same time as Max and I have to wait behind him for him to finish his pit stop to go into the pit stall it's the same crew.

If this is the problem, you can simply choose another box like Sebastian Vettel did in Mexiko last year, where he choose the McLaren Box instead of the Aston Martin Box. 🙌
