@Meza994 Bottas was in the second fastest car until the end of the season where Mercedes became faster. Norris was in the third fastest car and over the season wasn’t close to Bottas. Bottas even out scored Perez in a slower car for the majority of the season. Also has Norris has bottle wins and isn’t good in the rain.
In conclusion Bottas is a more complete and reliable driver so overall better

Yes, Bottas has more experience. What you describe, Norris will gain over time & become a far superior driver.
