This is a thread on cockpit mode in multiplayer, not to be piggy-backed by ABS discussions.
Also, if it happens in 'every league' you are a part of, and if the league values that sort of realism, then just ask the league to turn it off. Theres a MP option to turn it off.
Nothing I haven't tried so far, as the game in general has a more friendly profile (As an example of this topic), it's hard to find leagues that use real-life settings , and/or leagues/drivers that want to get out of their comfort zone ☹️
