As a PS4 Pro owner who will be buying F1 22 in a few weeks time I’m interested to hear about this too. I do believe the latest patch has fixed the freezing issue, according to a few posts I’ve read.

I've not seen anything to confirm but I'd be amazed if the PS4 version ran at 30 fps rather than 60. F1 2021 ran at 60 fps and F1 22 is graphically pretty much identical. Also, 30 fps would look horrible for a racing game and I can't believe Codemasters would 'optimise' F1 22 to run as such a low frame rate.
