[PC] Constant EGO Dumper crash when entering any game mode

I had the same issue, ego dumper coming randomly, but definitely within 5-10 minutes of playing, in whatever game mode. After trying everything under the sun, I decided I'll try a clean Windows install on a different disk which has solved the problem. Far from ideal, but hopefully they'll have tracked the problem down come the next update.
