Surely one of these solutions can be done:

1. Remove them altogether.

2. Make them player My Team teammate only.

3. Nerf them from 5/10/15 to 1/3/5 or 3/5/7.

4. Option to disable them for all teams.

5. Stop them being permanent and make it so that Personnel is what makes stat boosts appear in team events.

Or best yet, driver stay editor... At least then we can fix stats as well as use it to negate the boosts.

Completely ruined my driver career.

Eg was with mclaren with Noris as team mate, perfect ai and competition with him pre 1.06. Afterwards he was rated 99, in 4th best car he won every race after. P20 to p1 in abu dahbi.

Changed teams to Ferrari and Sainz is rated 98!

Increases are:

+15 to exp = now 90

+10 race craft =  now 100

+12 awareness =  now 100

+10 pace = now 98

The worst part of it is I don't get any bonuses so I'm immediately at a disadvantage in the same equipment. 

I'm having to turn down the AI more which just negates the point of personal improvements no? 

Maybe I'm just terrible at this year's game but I liked the no bonus glitch in the first version.

Any thoughts from anyone else would be great
