@BadMayh3m The idea here from the OP is to have the facility boost an exclusive thing for the player's team.
Atm the AI teams all have boosts from their facility, and because of the already high base stats of the F1 drivers, very soon into the career, pretty much all the F1 drivers will have 100 stats. This broken the balance of AI difficulty, flatten the entire grid because everyone is the best driver, also made the actual purpose of hiring different driver completely pointless.

@Apophis-STR To be honest I think it's past the time that they would implement more fluid ratings and make the training facilities an increase in potential or gains rather than straight up boost. Having potentials and declines depending on some factors would be hugely better to what we have now.
Hopefully one day MyTeam/Career Mode will have better improvements sometime

Season 2 my team, having started towards the front of the grid, my new rookie team mate is blistering fast compared to me and despite currently having the best car, I’ve had to turn down the AI by 5 to stay competitive.
They should change it so that the simulator helps unlock R&D points instead of bonuses, and dump R&D points from the individual departments.
- Apophis-STR3 years agoSeasoned Ace@AEF251 Before the v1.06 update where the boost were not applied, I could run 100 AI through the entire season with some struggle on only a couple of tracks.
Post patch I had to lower 5 - 10 even with the now more forgiving physics...that being said, this wasn't anything unusual. It's been exactly the same situation since F1 2020 where the further into the career, the harder the AI gets, and it's was always a significant jump of difficulty from season to season.
For GP mode where boosts are not applied, 100 AI is still very much absolutely perfect for me post patch, so the culprit here is definitely the Personnel Boost.
