'Please Wait' + 'Loading...' screen stuck or froze.

Summarize your bug 'Please Wait' Loading screen stuck when selecting 'Y' on home screen to go to shop and then selecting 'Take me there'. This message stays on screen/freezes. Similarly, when leaving a weekly challenge which involves a weekly practice, qualifying and race, upon completing the race, 'Loading...' message is stuck on screen/froze and does not return to menu screen. In both instances have to CTRL+ALT+DEL and end task. Can't see it not responding.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To get to the 'Please Wait' message that gets stuck on screen, when game first loads, wait till you see the message in bottom left hand corner of home screen about selecting the shop by pressing 'Y'. When this appears press 'Y' and then select 'take me there'. To get to the 'Loading...' message that gets stuck on screen, complete a weekly challenge that involves taking part in a practice session, qualifying session and race which is spread over several days. Once the race is complete and you continue, you will be met by this 'Loading' screen. Both these get stuck on screen with nothing you can do but CTRL+ALT+DEL.
What happens when the bug occurs? The mentioned messages are stuck on screen/keep looping or trying to load.
What do you expect to see? These messages should just be on screen for several seconds. The in game shop should open/load after the first message/screen. Regarding the second message/screen, after several seconds it should take you back to the menu.
