I can't see it happening but an options toggle to turn the visual aspect of porpoising on/off might be a way to keep all players happy.
To be fair to Codemasters I'll bet adding a way to simulate porpoising into the game would be pretty complicated, particularly late in the game production cycle. I bet they've been hoping the F1 teams will get on top of it quickly to remove this as an issue actually!
