Taking an exact meaning of the quote, only the first year would be a fixed schedule. Each additional year should be able to have a flexible schedule and add the new tracks. The only limitation would be their schedule design and coding effort. Or maybe they want to wait to market this as a ‘new’ feature in next years game?
I recall reading in a previous game forum that the F1 is the road block, not the developers to having a different calendar in My Team and Career. I know I was asking why the order of the races could not be changed and was told then it was not their decision.
That was before they let us choose 10 and 16 race seasons. So small wins. We can keep asking though….
@AEF251CM and even EA know adding extra tracks to career modes would make the game better. Therefore improving its appeal and most importantly to EA mo money from releasing track packs as payed dlc. So you can get they would want it. So you have to ask what is stopping it? And it’s will be FOM wanting mo mo money.
No FIFA anymore because FIFA wanted mo money. No boxing games anymore because boxers demanded mo money that ea wasn’t willing to pay.
