I would like F1 23 to be released when it's ready. Many would argue that F1 22 was released too early given the bug situation at launch so I certainly wouldn't be pushing for F1 23 to arrive early.
That's not to say that in principle I wouldn't like the launch of each new game to coincide with the start of each new F1 season. Of course I would!

Don’t forget that there’s a reason why the game is launched when it is..
and that is Silverstone weekend. Why is it important? Silverstone is birthplace of F1. Home to British motor racing etc etc
Most likely is Codemasters campus is right next door to Silverstone. So it’s logistically easier for Codemasters when comes to the big launch.. That’s why Silverstone is covered with the games advertising boards
It may come earlier as EA hold no sentiment so may decide on a earlier date

Plus, EA is based/has headquarters in USA, so they don’t really have much affiliation with the British GP.
I definitely think they should consider not releasing a new game one year to help the following year and beyond massively.
Besides, they’ll still make a lot of sales if they do that, because people will just buy the current game (which would now be the next season’s F1 game) for the new drivers, teams, story mode, and other things.Either that, or they could just release the next F1 game in March/April with the exact same things as they’d do just updating the previous game, and then align the game with the real life season which would be very popular (and hopefully have many less bugs and glitches).
