Same problem here, not only in My Team mode. 92 IA, Aston Martin (the second worst car in the grid), custom setup, finished 2nd in fp2 just +0,185 behind of Leclerc and according to this training program I would finish 19th in quali, and it's asking me to be half a second faster (that would be more than 0,3 second faster than the leader, with, again, the second worst car of the grid) to finish 15th in quali. My teammate finished fp2 17th, almost 3 seconds behind me, and anyone with common sense would expect lap times similar to these, not half a second faster than the Ferraris. And the worst thing is that this nonsense keeps happening to me since F1 2020

I have tested this and quali program for example requires the same time whether you are in an Aston Martin or a Red Bull. Totally unacheivable, this was a problem in F1 2020 and its resurfaced. You need to set the AI level a good 10 points lower in Practice than in Qauli or Race
