Hey @twistedartsglass,
cheers for the screenshot, that helps us a lot!
A quick follow-up questions:
What difficulty do you play with? (If it changed to your first message with 70Ai)

Summarize your bug Qualifying Pace in Practice Program isn't realistic, and contradicts the times seen in FP times.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set appropriate qualifying pace times for the AI it's set to.
What happens when the bug occurs? It shows I'm faster than majority of cars, but the Practice Program says otherwise.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see it work properly the way it did in f1 2021.
Still happening after 2 updates...
Same issue in Canada. AI set to 80. Here is a screen shot of getting P2 in FP2. Said I was .8 off the pace of P13 I think. This has happened on other tracks as well.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I’m finding it’s qualifying practice programs are impossible. I’ll get set estimated lap time for 5th or better fail and get a estimated time for 17th. But then come qualifying I can get pole with a slower time. What’s even more annoying is I do practice at 60ai and qualifying and race at 80-86 depending on my mood and track
Also set optimal time in 1st 2nd or 3rd sector’s objectives that are in various practice programs ridiculously hard to pass. Despite being purple in said sector.

This is will the car comfortably the worse on the grid. 80ai. 0.4 clear just isn’t right?

This is happening to be as well on Xbox series S. I change the difficulty every weekend to balance what I did in the race before, simply because I can't actually find a correct difficulty to stick to, like I'd prefer. Currently I'm on 60, at Monaco, but don't get held up on that--this happens regardless of difficulty. I did a 1:11.797 in my qualifying pace practice program, 2.5 seconds faster than anyone in the field for practice 2, and failed. I can't even duplicate that run, it was as close to perfect as I'm capable with my skill. Popular difficulty calculators day I should be running at difficulty 84 with that kinda run. I have no problem underperforming in the race or even qualifying assuming I feel like I'm in the right difficulty level, but it's super costly to fail practice programs, and you only get so many tires to keep trying with. The programs (race strategy, quali, tire wear, fuel, all of them) dictate an unrealistic pace for the difficulty level assigned to it. If I do a 1:11.797 in actual quali, I'll be first by miles. So what gives?
