Just to update here, I tested with HDR totally Off but the issue is always there.

Did you find a solution to fix the issue? I have the same problem and it's very annoying

    Hi, unfortunately I always have the issue, nothing changed through all the patches (till 1.16 included) and yes it's very annoying 😞
