Race Program during Practice doesnt work

Summarize your bug I finish the Racing Program in FP1 and it doesnt show, neither in the Practice, nor before the race starts (personalised Strategy). I have Screenshots attached, from a (cheated) Save that i am currently playing. It shows everywhere. Driver and My Team, REGARDLESS of cheats, or Cheat Engine enabled.
