Are there any plans to make this less horrible? Last year was terrible, 2 years ago also terrible this year also terrible. It's infuriating to spend 29 minutes trying to get in a lobby to only get 1 race before being stuck in a lobby that's empty or on lap 3 of 5. Please for the love of humanity, fix matchmaking.

Is it any better with cross-play enabled? Just thinking there might be more total players at any one time which could improve things?
Unfortunately Crossplay isn't available in Ranked lobbies.
