Ranked Matchmaking SUCKS

  • Why o why does ranked matchmaking (or online playing in general) suck this hard? Or either you get in a lobby yourself, where nobody joins. Or, you get into a lobby thats already on its way. You can spectate and wait, but after that, you again get into a * lobby by yourself or one thats on its way again. Spent more than an hour just watching people crash… Oh and if you want to look for another lobby, you still get put in the same * lobby.

For codemaster: the error code is the message above. Fix it since I’m clearly not the only one. We already looking through ALOT of *.

    @Almighty1209 Its super annoying, also posted here already about it, literally searching 2h for a lobby where i can finally drive, and even then i get kicked after qualifying for "not enough players". Super sad that EA is not even talking about it in any kind

    I guess Codemasters' focus will be on implementing crossplay. Let's hope things are better once they have!

    Same here ..
    I've to play on F1 21 to be able to play online..

    Don't know if this problem is only on Origin, or Steam too

    I’ve even had it even worse with 21 haha. Stopped trying and just waited for 22 before trying online again. I think 2018-19-20 we’re best when it comes to matchmaking.

    I also have the issue, that I join matches that literally just started with qualifying. So you’d think, at the race you just start dead last since you have no qualy time. Nope, you just have to spectate the full race… leaving the lobby and trying to find a new one, you just end up at the exact same race and just have to watch. Even when I restart my whole console.

    One thing that I’m sure is going to happen: absolutely nothing, since they never fixed (or even officially acknowledged) the problems that you read everywhere with the previous games. EA is a *1.N.G joke

    @Ultrasonic_77 The main problems i have since they implemented the crossplay patch, before it was fine for me... but since the crossplay patch i didnt do a single multiplayer race, because everytimes something else happens, even my game is crashing to desktop...

    Does it make any difference if you have crossplay enabled or disabled in the settings?

    Their entire approach is garbage. They need to follow starcraft 2 or rocket league model. Get rid of social play, just have ranked and unranked/public/private. Done!!! And also have different ranks for 5 lap vs 25%.
