As for F1 2021 I used to run Race Strategy Programme e tune de AI level so I finish every lap +0.3s above target. For shorter or low speed tracks I dropped it to 0/+0.1s, for longer or faster track I let it raise to +0.5s or so. This year I'm letting this times a bit higher as I'm still learning the handlig model.

With some practive I was able to fine tune with 2 FP sessions and worked alright for me.

I build the graph below from my laptimes so I can place a track properly in terms os being short/long and slow/fast.

    Even F1 2021 used the same difficulty as GP mode in career mode, now at 22 the difficulty is a joke.
